Chef instructor at Lake Tahoe Community College in the Culinary Arts Program. Initiated this program 10 years ago. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where I completed my culinary education as a graduate of the Cooks Apprenticeship Program of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Culinary Federation and Allegheny County Community College. Also graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a BS in Studio Art and Norwich University/Vermont College/TIES with an MA in Holistic/Transformative Education. Served as the Director of Apprenticeship/Education for the American Culinary Federation from 1987-1995
